Amazing experience. I needed to get checked out, and the whole process was incredibly smooth. The facility was great, customer service was excellent, and the $50 copay made it very affordable. I was able to get antibiotics quickly with an easy, efficient visit. Dr. C was fantastic as well.
On the website it says the cost of a visit is $125. When you get there and are filling out paperwork. It turns out it is $250. Plus more so #450.00 plus. They were rude about changing what it said on the web. So I cant recommend it. I did not like this crappy place
My friend came her with possible concussion. They did not screen for a concussion, what nurse doesn’t know how to screen for a concussion?! Even childhood referees know how to screen for a concussion. The nurse also told my friend that drugs and alcohol would be fine and could even HELP the headache from the possible concussion. That is TERRIBLE medical advice and that nurse is a clown. Best Urgent Care I have ever been too! I drove all the way to Carson City which was over an hour from where I live to see my doctor which was not available after driving all that way. Decided to stop in here and they were the sweetest people. They got me in within 2 minutes. I had Dr. Shane which was a total sweetheart. He was very easy to talk with and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back here for all my Urgent Care needs. Thank you all so much!
