Extremely disorganized. I was checked in for over an hour than three other walk-ins like me came in after me and we’re all seen before me. Then when I asked the staff about it, they just acted like it was my turn and like nothing had happened then I got the text that I was rechecked in because they dropped the ball. I would have been fine if they owned up to it, but lying about it then trying to correct without me knowing is just poor business ethics.
The young lady at front desk is just the bomb. You can see instantly how sharp she is. Dealing with insurance companies, I didn't my insurance card with me, she took the time to find it online. It was refreshing to see someone who does their job with such ease. Renown is lucky to have her. The doctor I saw, young woman was very nice, I could tell she would take good care of me and she did. Best experience I have had an any doctors office or urgent care.
I would rate even lower if I could. I brought my Dad ( 100% Disabled Vetran ) to this clinic for Flu like symptoms and we had at least a 2 hour wait . When I asked the receptionist how much longer, she basically told us to go across the street if we didn't like it. She mentioned there were appointments in between but never mentioned over a 2 hour wait. Very disappointing and a feeling of zero care or urgency at this clinic.
Was sick as all hell and the wait was 3 hours, the noise from people and the lights were the most nauseating thing
I use to hate coming here…. But since Wendy bliss at the front counter and Nurse Practitioner Kimberly Sheldon has been there it really has been great. A lot easier/and welcoming process and I honestly don’t want to see any other doctor…. PA Kimberly Sheldon has been so amazing to my kids and I, She’s super humble and really has her patients best interests at heart. Thank you for all that you do Kimberly Sheldon. I hope you stay in Fallon a while - <3 the Turley Fam
