I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. It was my first surgery and first time going under anesthesia so I was nervous. All the staff, nurses, anesthesiologist, Dr. Lough made the process so easy, explained everything to me, and made me feel so comfortable. I even got a phone call the following day from the hospital checking to make sure I am doing ok.
Worst care I have ever had after surgery. If you have to have surgery at Renown same day surgery center I would recommend bring someone who can be a good advocate for you. The only thing they seamed to care about was moving patients out like they are on an assembly line. My surgery was almost 3 hours long and I was discharged vomiting in under 2 hours, I was barely awake and confused when I was discharged and my husband kept asking why I was going home so soon if I was still vomiting. My child had tonsil removal here. Wonderful people from pre-op the doctor and the post-op care, all-around she was in excellent care. Thank you!
