Was directed to go to urgent care, even though they are closed for 2 more days. In need of antibiotics, but unable to get assistance. Not a great community resource.

I called them and spoke to woman who told me it would be 120.00 to see a doctor, how is that afordable care, told woman I had just lost my job, layed off and have no insurance and I asked about sliding fee etc and was told they dont do thst so I would have to pay all lab fees etc out of pocket, they advertide as if they provide low income etc services but they dont realy
Renown is managed cash, not managed care. Renown owns and controls HHP and is unfortunately more concerned with the cash end of HHP insurance then actually spending that money on your healthcare!
