I wish I could give negative stars. For the second time I have had a prescription clawed back after a Friday afternoon appointment with absolutely no explanation. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with an operator, thinking that this was a simple error....only to find after running all over town that it was, in fact, deliberately cancelled. There is NO MESSAGE REGARDING THIS IN MY MYCHART there was NO CONTACT MADE to explain what was happening, why or what next steps I can take for my care without a crucially needed medication... read more

Made an appointment with the scheduler then when it was time for my appointment, they told me I didn’t have one. And had no record of scheduling. Then when I scheduled my next appointment, I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment and it was canceled due to me not showing up 15 minutes early. I was five minutes late and people make mistakes but I had to reschedule. So if you don’t wanna be treated like a person when you get to the doctors office, make sure you go here.

I have always been treated with respect and patience. The medical staff is pleasant and concerned. I appreciate that. I recommend it. They have almost everything right there as well. Convenient.

Best doctor I've ever seen! The staff is equally Amazing! Dr. Aurosis is phenomenal! For years I had been looking for a doctor who could help me with a recurring issue and on my first visit he knew exactly what my problem was and he gave me medication for it and OMG! I felt better right away! It had been a problem that other doctor's and even at the ER wouldn't help me with. One visit to Dr. Aurosis,Reddy and I was well! Thank you for having such an Amazing group of people at this location. I highy recommend this office.
