I made an appointment with Peter O'Reily end of Dec beginning of January earliest they could get me in was March 3,2026. So today 2/27/26 the front desk girl calls and says something came up and I have to reschedule. So I said ok, she says earliest we can get you in is April 14th. That's crazy!! Now I have to wait another month and a half because you guys had to cancel MY appointment I've already booked months ago! I do NOT recommend this office. That's terrible to do to people. I'm extremely disappointed.
Don’t go to Dr.Belard he saw me for about 30 seconds, he checked my ears mouth and eyes and that’s it. I had a lot of complaints and he didn’t even bother. It seemed like he didn’t even wanna be there and didn’t give a damn and wanted to get out of there asap. The front desk crew isn’t better doesn’t know any hospital care rules and are very rude.
I would give a -10 if it were available. I love Renown with the exception of this office. Horrible staff. No one reads the entire message so I end up having to wait a week, send several messages and hope that they do something soon. Doctors are just as bad. They do not care. They are in it for the paycheck, not the patient which is very sad. The patients get upset and the staff take it out on you like it's your problem...not theirs. Very disappointing. More training and discipline all over the place might help?
