Wendy bliss at the front counter and nurse practitioner Kimberly Sheldon are the best, I HATE going to renown…. But since those two ladies have been there it’s been such an easy process, and Kimberly Sheldon is one of the best Doctors I’ve ever seen. Super down to earth who really has her patients best interests at heart. Thank you both for all you do. The Turley fam <3

Have been going here last 7 years. Was informed that our PA leaving and they were going to get somebody new. That was in July tried to get my prescriptions, October but CVS couldn’t do. I went over to clinic and was told sorry they don’t have anyone and that I have to call around to Fernley, silver springs or Carson and see if they have openings. When you call you get a call center after 2 dropped calls after they answered and 30 min later I have a virtual apt. So much for modern technology and medical treatment.

I drive 30 miles to get here . Slowed down by road work. 9 minutes late. I was told that I "exceeded" their late policy. Heavy set lady at counter very loudly telling me this. Rude and abrasive. I will definently remember this when I wait 15 to 20 minutes in their room. I drive this far because I was tired of changing my doctor every year at the Fernley office.
