The customer service is an absurd mess I can't even reach the departments that know anything about my appointments. They don't have the ability to do email corispondence. And when they gave me a Zoloft prescription and I ask what kind of drug it was the two doctors told me they didn't know what it was or how it worked it's an ssri medication and that is an antidepressant they prescribed for anxiety even though it makes the the system more anxious they are completely incompetent and I am uneducated but still smarter then thes... read more
The entire Healthcare team that worked with my Mom was outstanding and we have been extremely pleased. Beginning with Julie who did the initial assessment and continuing with Kaye the case manager and Rachel. Then Ann from PT worked with my Mom the most. She had excellent suggestions that my Mom greatly benefited from and exercises that we feel have strengthened her tremendously.
