I should’ve known better. This place operates more like a hospital than an urgent care. No upfront pricing. Just hope they don’t send you a giant bill. Staff was super friendly but 100% clueless on pricing. Probably going to pay like $400 (or more if they’re crooks) for them to confirm what I kind of already knew.
Never again will we deal with Renown. They charged us to see our 9 year old for an appointment then denied her care and refused to issue a refund. Her appointment was for 11:30am and every single time it came for her turn they moved it by 15mins. The front staff were extremely unprofessional. I would suggest not taking your children there!
Sat for over 2 hours waiting for my daughter to be seen just for them to call back every "walk-in" person without a set appointment before her. Was told an appointment doesn't do any good other than to ensure you get called back before "walk-ins" but that's obviously not the case. Watched at least 5 different walk ins get called back before us, none of them in any worse condition than my daughter. I'm giving a two star for the morning shift, because she needs to have a sense of urgency. We are there first thing in the morning because we need to get it done and start our day.
