the provider refused to listen to my concerns and told me that she could tell I was fine without even looking at me..
I have been here for a hour waiting to be called back I can barley even walk because my pain is so bad!! I'm better of at the emergency room!!

RecommendedMy father’s doctor was very knowledgeable, kind and humble; sadly I did not get his name. The latter two traits are not seen in all Clinicians at most Hospitals! The Doctor FaceTimed me about my father’s condition and his prognosis. He was extremely professional while being cognizant of the family’s feelings. I have nothing but compliments for him and the whole Renown Facility. I worked in hospitals for ten years after Nursing school and never saw a Medical Center as amazing as this place!!! Will cancel your appointments without reason then try to charge you with a no show. Have been having virtual appointments because of COVID. Everything was fine as of today. As usual before, checked in on their app and started the appointment at least 10 minutes early. 15-20 minutes AFTER the appointment time the doctor still hadn't joined, so I called to see what was up. Apparently, they tried to call me one hour before the appointment, and since I didn't answer, they cancelled my appointment. Some of us work and can't be on... read more
