Been waiting in line over an hour and a half just to be processed for lab work. That's not even counting the wait to actually get called back for the blood work.
I am sorry Renown came to Reno. They are terrible. Have you tried to call one of their doctors yet? Looong process. Disappointed to the max. I feel sorry for the doctors because they are quite aware of the problems. They got to big to fast. It is not working. Can't go anywhere else because of insurance. My positive remark is I am grateful to have insurance. Been 2 hours waiting now. I did forget to add the employees are great in person. Nice nurses and doctors. It is just the system.
Everytime we come here...it's over an hour wait!! =(
