My kid has been a patient for a year. First doctor was great, VERY knowledgeable, and explained TONS to us so we could understand. We switched to Dr. Lennon in the last few months and her bedside manner is great. Explained things to us. Her main nurse (Courtney) is working with us on a weekly basis for the health issue my daughter has. They are great a communicating and answering all our questions (through MyChart). My son has seen quite a few of the pediatric specialty doctors at Renown, including Dr. Holland, Dr. Elliott, Dr. Couloures and Dr. Reifsnyder and we have had nothing but great experiences. Caring doctors that take the time to understand the patient and both the parent and patient's concerns.
My son's Private practice neurologist moved over there and now because they want power and control over there they won't submit a refill request to him for my son's epilepsy medication. They would rather see my son die in a seizure then give up the tiniest little bit of power and control
