Wen they refuse to see you for life threatening wounds. Because you can't afford a 100 copay once or twice a week. Ask for help and they give you a pamphlet. Would not recommend this place to my worste enemy. Renown dose not care about there patients. Worste hospital experience i have ever had. Wish my insurance was still excepted at saint marries. By far a better hospital system.

Horrible policies. You have to cancel 48 hours in advance or your a "no call, no show". Also if you're 3 minutes or more late for an appointment you're a "no call, no show" and will refuse to see you. These policies encourage patients to show up sick or not at all. This is how covid became a pandemic. Next time (if there is one) we'll jus show up sick. Patient care is the last on their list of priorities.

The Doctors and Nurses did what other similar centers could not. They healed me, I thought I was unable but they conquered my wounds like an army. They are the best.

We are sitting in waiting room waiting for our scheduled apt. A man walked in, no apt, asking to be seen. Not an emergency. They took him in right away while we sit. No professional!!
