Horrible policies. You have to cancel 48 hours in advance or your a "no call, no show". Also if you're 3 minutes or more late for an appointment you're a "no call, no show" and will refuse to see you. These policies encourage patients to show up sick or not at all. This is how covid became a pandemic. Next time (if there is one) we'll jus show up sick. Patient care is the last on their list of priorities.
The Doctors and Nurses did what other similar centers could not. They healed me, I thought I was unable but they conquered my wounds like an army. They are the best.
We are sitting in waiting room waiting for our scheduled apt. A man walked in, no apt, asking to be seen. Not an emergency. They took him in right away while we sit. No professional!!
I left a VM with scheduling about 12 noon on 8/30/22 before leaving the hospital to schedule wound care. I hadn’t received a return call by 10am 8/31 so called again, to be told only Lexi could schedule the appt. By 3:30p I hadn’t heard back from her so called again to be given a 9am appt this morning 9/1. On the 45 min drive to the appt I encountered an unexpected construction zone as I knew I would be late, again nobody answered the phone and I lady a voicemail 20mg sent before my appt that I would late.
