Honest to God the most horrible customer service experience I've ever had by far. Complete lack of communication and after talking with several other lawyers, an apparent lack of understanding of the legal system as it pertained to my issue. Unqualified to draft State of MI recordable real estate documents to refinance a loan transaction. Most unreliable, unprofessional, and unfortunate dealings. Lacked basic real estate knowledge to draft a Mortgage, Note, and Release of Mortgage when given all terms, details and deadlines. Avoid Atty Kurtycz of Kalamazoo Michigan!
