*** This is an update approximately one year later as while going through my morning routine just now, I noticed how markedly better and more healthy I feel, and it’s a result of going to ReNovi. Clearly and undoubtedly. Super grateful to have found them. Dr. Lai been my doctor for over a decade. She has helped me take control of my health and has helped me overcome many health issues. As I learned to listen to her recommendations and follow her advice on supplements, diet, and detoxing, my health turned around. I’m so grateful for her knowledge and her personal care for my health and well being.
Great experience each time I visit. Never have to wait long like I used to at my old doctor's office. The intake assistant, Carolyn (sp?), is super nice. Rachel and Mary are both patient, kind and informative. I have learned so much from seeing them as opposed to my old doctors. I feel like I am actually improving my health overall in a preventive manner especially. Can't say enough good things about Renovi and the staff. Highly recommend.
Tried to get an appointment. Had to call multiple times before someone answered. I said whatever my insurance did not cover I would pay cash. Which I meant check credit card or whatever. He told me they don’t accept cash and hung up. So rude.
Very nice Doctor, However, I had major surgery in 2021 and still have not heard (2024) from doctor to see how it went. They forced me to switch to another MD who cares about me as their patient.
