We had a window that developed a bad leak which we put through insurance. This was a challenging repair due to the location and height of the window. We had one local contractor (recommended by the insurance company) come out to quote, but they could not figure out how to do the repair, which did not instil confidence. After our family gave this company hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of work we have been ghosted! It’s been two years of waiting for them to finish the BBQ insert even though we already paid for it. Disappointing and unprofessional.
After family gave this company hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of work we have been ghosted! It’s been two years of waiting for them to finish the BBQ insert even though we already paid for it. Consider the owner to be a thief and a disgrace that he can’t finish the job.
Super bummed. Had them in to quote a basement reno, and they dropped off the face of the planet despite multiple follow up emails. Very inconvenient as we put other contractors on hold in anticipation of the quote. I felt this was really unprofessional.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were on time (earlier than estimated in fact), right on budget, and the work was fantastic. In the real world, you'd unfortunately get one, maybe two of these things when renovating so we feel extremely lucky. They happily worked with the initial estimate (tweaking here and there) until we were completely happy with the plans and cost. The staff and contractors are all extremely kind and helpful.
