i ordered a beautiful plum colour hand basin and was sad when it arrived broken. Abed called me saying don’t worry i’m immediately sending you again and it arrived today! no damage, it’s just stunning and i am so very impressed with the customer service and care taken.
We’re redoing 2 bathrooms. The staff at RenoSquare were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to move basins onto different bench tops to help us visualise what colours and basin shapes would work best for us. Their prices were fantastic. Quality of goods is excellent. Their delivery fee was a bargain. The owner and others were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The staff were great to deal with. Abed explained "Emperor" is their own brand, it came with everything, unlike other companies we looked it. They have great prices and great build quality. Pleasure to deal with and will be back if we do other Reno's!
I’m very happy with the hardware I purchased. I did have one faulty product, but when I contacted the team at Revno Square, they were very helpful and promptly resolved the issue for me. Overall, a great experience with excellent customer service.
