I used Renovation Sells to clean up my condo before hitting the market. They were professional and easy to work with. After I moved out, I gave them a key, and they completed all the work on time with almost nothing required from me. I added a staging after the work was done and was able to get something like a 75% to 100% return on my investment as the condo sold with multiple offers in the first week. Financing was easy and I was able to defer payment until after the condo was sold.

Incredible. The team did a fantastic job when we had a major flood destroy the ceilings and walls in our kitchen and primary bath. Responsive, trustworthy, fast, and great quality. Could not recommend more.

I recently worked with Renovation Sells on updating my kitchen, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! We kept the existing cabinets but had all new doors, hardware, and panels installed, and the transformation is incredible. To say this was a great experience would be an understatement! The crew showed up on time everyday, worked seamlessly and finished a project other GC’s said would last two weeks in three days. They redid a dryer vent line, insulated, drywalled, mudded and painted multiple areas and rooms in three days! You would be making a big mistake to not go with Renovation Sells!
