They don’t do returns or orders. Their website says they give exchanges and returns but they give you every reason why they can’t accept the return. Go to any other store in Sydney we’ve ordered thousands of dollars of product for this store. Everything has taken weeks to be shipped and now when we find an issue with the quality, they’re now not accepting it!! It’s false mis presentation on the website.
