Worst customer service ive ever dealt with ! This is now the 2nd time they have stuffed me around giving me wrong parts and trying to make it my problem . If you think you made a mistake as a business owner myself I would want to correct it straight away instead of making it your clients problem ! Stuff like this can ruin the busy day booked in due to there negligence . I will never use them again and I would definitely not be recommending any clients to them
They have a huge range of renovation products, all in one place. The sales girl with lots of considerable advise. Went back last week and still the best place to shop.
I purchased a bunch of items from these guys back in 2017. Almost 10 years on, I had a cosmetic issue with some of the mixers I had purchased and reached out to ask if they could sell me the replacement parts. I was blown away at the customer service who, beyond my expectations, sent out the replacement parts to me free of charge. I was not expecting that level of customer service and was incredibly impressed to be looked after almost 10 years later. I will no doubt be a returning customer.
