Quick responses from management when needed. Quiet neighborhood. Nice front yard for hanging out in the summer. Clean and spacious!!
Responsive landlord and great property. Always quick to address any few and far between property maintenance issues that arise.
We stayed at 3809 Morris when we were between houses, and it was a great experience. The appliances and accommodations were perfect, and the neighborhood is great and walkable to parks and schools. Nothing bad to report.
Great property manager
Lived at one of their units for 2+ years. Owner was very responsive, willing to add in any additions to make our living experience positive, was always available when something broke, and provided us an overall positive living experience. Unit was in a nice neighborhood, was well kept and clean, and in a safe spot in Shorewood. Would recommend any of their properties, and would rent again.
