Excellent experience with Renovate. I picked a remnant from the yard for our powder room, and they called to let me know it was stained and gave me options instead of just plowing forward. I ultimately went and picked something new and they were able to keep me on the same timeline for install. The team demoed our old backsplash without ruining the drywall and install went well. We have been trying for 2 months to get ahold of anyone to discuss concerns about the quartz countertops we had installed this summer, however now that the job is done, the customer service is as well.
