I had hail damage 16 months ago and I chose renovate colorado. The project still isn’t finished. The subcontractors did poor work and it had to be redone. Even the most simple parts of the project takes multiple calls and they make promises that they cannot keep. Avoid these guys.
Had a realistic design and costs associated . Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Gave me a time line at the first meeting and they were always on time or early. Even finished the build early. Always in communication about what would happen next. Great service.
Just hired Renovate to be my go-to contractor for all my properties. I flip houses for a living, and it's so hard to find a contractor you can count on. These guys did my Grandma's roof and solar; she was so satisfied with their work and referred them to me. After seeing their work ethic, & professionalism, I knew I can count on them. Had a great experience with Renovate Co. They did a great job on our roof. My house was extensively damaged after the hail storm, and they took care of all the negotiations with my insurance. They let us managed the project timeline which worked out perfectly because I travel a lot for work. Roofing crew was very clean and professional, worked steady all day until completion. We were extremely pleased. Highly recommend using them as a contractor.
RC just got my insurance approved for a new roof, garage,& windows for my house after the recent hail storm in Foco. I'm a first time homeowner, so I was a little skeptical with insurance companies and contractors but these guys did a great job taking care of the entire process for me.
