Terrible experience. X-ray tech was rude and got pissed when I didn’t want to take new X-rays because I had already had some done. Angrily told me doc wouldn’t see me without new ones. I demanded a refund and left.
If anyone needs carpal tunnel surgery, you would be out of your mind not to consider this.
Dr. Loredo and his staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. My condition wasn't very serious, but the staff was very friendly and made me feel at-home in the office. They are practitioners that I would feel comfortable being treated by.
I am very grateful for the doctors at Renova. They are very caring and have had a wonderful impact on my life. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help managing carpal tunnel syndrome.
Very nice staff, especially the doctors. Have recommended these docs to friends. Right next to Presbyterian Hospital, so it's convenient for anyone in the Plano area.
