I don't usually post negative reviews years after the fact, but as I'm watching the morning sun illuminate my scratched windows I feel compelled to share my experience. Hopefully it spares someone else some anguish. We used Renova off and on since 2018 mostly without issue. Then in 2022 they sent a crew that blew all of our gutter and roof debris on our neighbors property — including their freshly washed cars. Thank you to Reese and Isaiah for their work putting up lights for the holidays. Their second year at our house and once again they were very professional. They called in advance, came on time and got the job done quickly and communicated well. Much appreciated.
On time and work well done
Riley of Renova worked very hard on my house. He was conscientious and thorough in cleaning the windows, silks, screens amd some other fixtures.
This is the second time that we've used Renova Exteriors for moss removal on the roof and exterior window washing. The workers did an excellent job, were on time, courteous, and professional. We will use them again!
