Having had our roof replaced with a Renoteck metal 'shake' roof last year, we were somewhat surprised to see a water leak this year. One call to Renoteck customer service and within an hour, we had a technician onsite to effect a temporary repair, and 2 days later the part required for the permanent repair was installed - now that's customer service! I would definitely recommend Renoteck. Vlad and his crew did an amazing job on the standing seam roof they installed. Also Pavel was also great to deal with in the office.

We were looking to get a new roof and friends mentioned about getting the metal roof. I had seen Renoteck ad on Facebook and contacted them for a quote. I got a prompt response from Stephen Cross. Mentioned looking for shake style. Next Stephen and his partner came to Sylvan with sample of their products and estimated a quote. I recently got a quote from Renoteck while exploring metal roofing options for our home in Calgary. Although we ended up going with another company due to a different product offering, Mike was fantastic to work with. He was very responsive, easy to reach, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly. When I let him know we had chosen another route, he was incredibly gracious and even wished our family well with our upcoming baby.
