My car was supposed to be towed to a repair shop on July 15 by Reno's Auto Body. No one contacted me to communicate that my car had been picked up, and for two days I could not locate my vehicle because Reno's towed it to a storage lot without letting me know My vehicle finally arrived at the repair shop two days late and damaged.
