WORST towing experience ever. It took them over 5 hours to tow my car, just for it to be towed to their yard. Not to the dealership. They were very rude to me over the phone, and tried to blame it on me. When I asked for ETA the morning after, they were short with me and did not even know if my car was on site. It’s unfortunate that triple A uses them, and if you have other towing options then don’t use this one.
We came here everything was fine we was asked to wait on the side for someone to bring the car short white guy went and said I’ll be back when he starts driving it out the other short chubby Puerto Rican guy who works in the back tell the white guy it’s leaking it has to be towed in a very mean and aggressive way like he could have been polite the other coworker who drives the tow car comes to us and takes over because he notice the way the guy charged all bossy and rudely and he was so polite and kind and helped us out back... read more
Total garbage business. DO NOT USE RENO'S. I'm a AAA plus member. Driver NEVER showed up for tow. No phone call...nothing. GTH.
