Reno’s is awesome. Good hearted people
My brother in law was having literally the worst day after that only got worse because of the frigid weather and car trouble. We had to get a tow called for his car to bring it to the shop and Reno’s was recommended to us. One of the Sons of the family(yes this is a family business) ends up coming to assist. His name was Jaden, and he was a great assist. Woman at the front desk was shockingly heartless after I was in a serious car wreck. Maybe take a moment to consider WHY someone is there and that they’ve been through very recent trauma?? Hope she also gets to experience losing everything you own and your dog in one day while moving across states and then getting screamed at about insurance. Try being a human being sometime! Bumped up to three stars for the super nice kid that gave me a ride in the tow truck after the accident.
