Walked in and out of their lobby within 1 minute after the rude man at counter spoke to me. Drove over to another tire shop and was treated respectfully. I have NO idea how this shop stays in business speaking so disrespectful to new customers.

My son got a nail in his Jeep tire and it was too worn to repair. Reno Tire Pros gave us Good, Better, and Best quotes and we got an appointment for the next day. They found a problem in the front end, ordered the part and had all the work completed the next afternoon. I highly recommend Reno Tire Pros for thoughtful quotes, efficient work and excellent customer service.

Where do I even begin? I have been going to this shop for YEARS. I have been friends with Cliff for a long time. He’s always helped me and been amazing. They’ve always done wonderful work on my car. Last summer, the shop was taken over by new owners, Cathy and Ron. I never had issues with them until this last Saturday. Reno tire pros took care of my tire needs very well. I was only in town for the day. My 2016 Ram 2500HD 4x4 still had the stock 33” tires on it from the dealership. I was in a rush to get larger more aggressive tread due to the snow and rain. Tire pro was able to fit me in within an hour of calling them. They hooked me up with a set of new 35” Toyo RTs for a great price. They beat out everyone else in the area. They had me in and out of the shop in about 45 mins. Great customer service from local Reno professionals. I needed an odd ball tire for a utility trailer and they delivered within hours. Took my 4Runner in for an oil change and tire balance/rotation and found the price to be more then fair and done quick. I’ll be using Reno Tire Pros for all my cars and RVs.
