Cams in as a walk in after being seen in the er twice in one day with zero answers or pain relief and was accepted in with such grace we. Though they were fully booked in the waiting room the staff nvr seemed stressed, or as if they were in too big of a rush and as if each pt was the only pt,was able to get a procedure done immediately the same day and was greated with kindnesscand understanding as to ease my fear. I felt as if I mattered and you can't put a price on that gor anyone's pain help .

When you're in pain, you want relief. Reno Tahoe Pain Associates does just that in a patient oriented facility. The staff are courteous and professional.

I was referred here by my primary care provider and deeply regret following that referral. Before my insurance approval went through, I was told to use this clinic’s urgent care. With no MRI yet completed, I was pushed into an SI joint cortisone injection that did absolutely nothing—because later imaging showed a bulging disc that was not in the SI joint. Lisa at the front desk was extremely rude. Not helpful at all and has a stank attitude. They are extremely overbooked and I didn’t feel understood or cared for as a patient. I brought my own MRI and it wasn’t referenced at all. Cancelled all my further appointments with them because dealing with pain requires compassion as well.
