Being Clean, organized, and having a helpful staff make this airport great.
This airport is awful! I just moved to Reno and travel quite a bit for work. Recently my father passed away and I was flying back home with his remains. TSA stopped me after it went through the scanner. They said it was policy and procedure. I informed them that I had been through several airports and nobody had stopped me to test the remains. It was a very upsetting experience to not only me but my young son who had to witness how insensitive they were. This is just one of the awful experiences I have had with TSA in Reno. ... read more
