I had a fantastic experience this morning. Veronica’s response time was incredibly quick and her positive attitude made all the difference. It’s something I haven’t experienced much in NSW, and I truly appreciate it. Highly recommend!
Used to be a good place for repairs. Now they are very expensive and lazy to do some basic labor. My tail gate needed dent repair, some lady in the front desk came out and said I need to replace the whole tail door!! I went to another repairer to get it done for $500.
One of Ladies in the office is extremely rude. I came in to have my car checked and was told that i had to come back and leave the car for one day for assessment prior to the repair of minor damage. For one small repair, i have to go there twice before they can start the repair. it is just a waste of time. So ridiculous and inefficient service.
