We first met Ryan at a house Reno Realty had listed for sale. He was so sweet and personable. We really appreciated his honesty , caring and helpfulness at the house viewing. After we made an offer on the house, Kristopher Kent (broker and owner of Reno Realty) placed numerous roadblocks in the transaction. Very unprofessional business, my family and I were relocating to Nevada and paid over $100 in application fees (which I understand is normal) but waited over 2 weeks to hear back from them whether we were approved for a rental property. Every time I called to check on the status they would tell me they would have an answer for me same day. Another week would go by and here we are 5 days from our move with no answer and now they ignore my phone calls and voicemails. I just don’t understand how someone could be this heartless.... read more
