Very unprofessional business, my family and I were relocating to Nevada and paid over $100 in application fees (which I understand is normal) but waited over 2 weeks to hear back from them whether we were approved for a rental property. Every time I called to check on the status they would tell me they would have an answer for me same day. Another week would go by and here we are 5 days from our move with no answer and now they ignore my phone calls and voicemails. I (a 26 year old female) found an open house hosted by Jacob of Reno Realty and decided to see what houses in the neighborhood were like, as it’s an established neighborhood where houses don’t show up for sale often. Upon entering the house, Jacob noticed me and defensively asked what my intentions were being in the house (mind you, it’s just a normal open house, I don’t actually need a reason to be there).
