Horrible. Only care about money. On my first appointment I left with multiple prescriptions that I did not need. Then, I scheduled an appointment and it was over two months out, they never called to remind me of the appointment but sent me a letter saying I owe them for missing the appointment. The lady that answers the phone is incredibly rude and makes it clear they do not care about their patients. I would recommend going anywhere else if you are actually wanting help. Honestly, I dont write reviews ever but this was just a nightmare. I dont even want to put a star... the company lied about submitting claims to my insurance company three different times. They had no proof to provide my insurance stating that they received a denied claim from them. They sent my bill to collections and refused to work with my insurance company to fix the billing issue. The staff in the office is very very rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Sure I'll give 2 but ONLY cause Dr Stoll had been amazing. As others say.... over last 6+ years the rudest staff ever which is kind of counterproductive to people in field of MENTAL Health. I'm leaving review cause her damn staff has caused me to search Google. And can't help but laugh cause that staff is likely responsible for mental breakdown of much of Reno. Dr. Stoll would never knowingly done this to me
