The nursing staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness, and the physician provided outstanding care; additionally, the front office personnel were remarkably impressive.

Not gonna lie, I'm a very , very nervous and agitated "patient". My last visit with a primary care provider was about 10 years ago. I interacted with 3 people at Reno Primary Care today. Each one was friendly, kind, professional, sympathetic to my issues. Jessica actually held my hand when she saw how nervous I was. Dr Gina was understanding, professional, helpful and kind. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. Thank you all so much !!
Jessica is the best at blood. Gina is comfortable and I can be honest with her and the staff is so friendly.
