The wait was way to long. I can understand a wait when it's busy. There was only a few people. And just when we get roomed, even more waiting. Lot of staff laughing. Turns out only a sprain. Only took 4 hours to figure that out. Waited to get a brace and that was 45 mins. It's like they forgot about us. Wish there was another place to go. But there is not. At least I know of. Oh well 2 stars is being generous.........
We were checked in and seen promptly. Numerous X-rays of injury were taken. Provider said it would take 3 weeks to heal and explained how to care for it. His information proved to be correct.
Denise, the check in receptionist, was pretty rude to my 9 year old daughter and I. Every single other person was very friendly and full of smiles. Definitely an unpleasant check in experience.
Super kind and fast
Great experience from check in to check out. I loved how they did not push unnecessary testing on my toddler for the easy bill . Made my daughter and I feel valued and safe. I would highly recommend this facility and knowledgeable PA to anyone!
