I broke my ankle in 2018 and my foot has been messed up since then basically walking on my tip toes even though I had surgery, I went back to roc a few weeks ago for them to try and resolve the problem with a new surgery, and doctor Whitlow was my surgeon and did a fantastic job I feel the difference already my foot is flat on ground in my boot, highly reccomend.. thank you

I have been to the roc several times and have had great service, but if you ever have to call to schedule no one will talk to you. I have had two separate incidents trying to schedule. The only way I got scheduled the first time was that my cousin is a doctor and gave me a different number to call. My wife tried calling for me from 8 am to five pm today and no one has called back. I told the lady that answered that phone about the trouble I was having scheduling and she just sent me straight to the same infinite hold before ... read more

MY EXPERIENCE WITH TWO DIFFERENT FRONT DESK PERSONS WAS TRAMATIC TELLING ME I HAD TO PAY A $50.00 CO-PAY BEFORE X-RAY & DOCTOR APPOINTMENT !!!! I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THE R.O.C. SINCE 2000 NEVER HAD TO PAY A CO-PAY !!! CALLED & TALKED TO BILLING 10/17/2022 NOTES IN FILE NOW TO NOT REQUIRE A CO-PAY FROM ME BILL INSURANCE !!! If you go to the PASS clinic you will be subject to country and or western music played uncomfortably loud , with a note applied to the radio that says "do not touch"... are you here for us, or are we here for you? I have sensitive hearing, and don't care for country music. THANKS!!

It’s been five days since my daughters injury and I still don’t have a surgery date. I’m incredibly stressed as she is only five and it’s her growth plate. I have tried multiple times to get a resolution and I feel I am not being heard. The express informed me my daughters injury is urgent, but the main surgery center has not had the same level of concern. She is very little and I’m feeling completely ignored.
