I was referred by my PCP in October, for a bad shoulder. They STILL have never so much as acknowledged that I exist, all these weeks later. No return calls, no emails. NOTHING. A human answers the phone, and no matter what I say she transfers me to a machine that puts me on hold, and then (eventually, if lucky) passes me to another machine to leave a message that is never answered. My surgery went great and I was relieved of the pain I’d suffered with for 2 years. Dr. Kalisvaart was an excellent surgeon. That being said, I never saw him post op. I saw a nurse practitioner twice for my follow up appointments and never heard from the surgeon again. That aspect left a bad impression for sure. On top of that, his assistant was the most incompetent working humans on the planet. Dr. Lundeen and the P,T, Staff are amazing. This would be a first class team if it weren't for the inferior staff. I guess they think they are saving money by hiring low paid office staff, but all it does is frustrate patients. My husband had surgery on his ankle and it's still healing and painful. Dr. Lundeen told him he would get an inflatable boot. However after the appointment, THE STAFF decided he didn't need one and didn't give it to him. It is going to snow next week and now we had to buy one from Amazon to keep... read more
