Awesome customer service and no hassle with buying a bike.
They treat me like family even though I ride a Honda. :) Top notch welding, service, and parts. If Dee, Chester or Mark can't get it done, you'll be pointed in the right direction.

I brought my 2010 990 SMT in for a major service and got it back yesterday. WOW! The bike runs better than it did when I bought it. I cannot say enough good things about the work that this place does. I was skeptical at first when they used the term "master mechanic" on their website, but I can see now that these guys really know what they're doing. Great job Reno KTM and thank you! I'll be back.
Maybe I just called the shop on the wrong couple days but was ready and wanting to buy a bike just needed a vin and price on one a two minute phone call, that was like 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard from them. Glad I didn't wait!
I don't think just giving five stars is enough to describe my experience here at RenoKTM! I just re-located to the Reno-area and got the itch to buy a dirt bike. Stopped by here and right off the bat received some of the best customer service I have ever had. The people here are honest, up front with you and have the customer's best interest in mind.
