Reno installed a new interior door to our garage - price came in under estimate, house was left spotless and they offered to do some extra work for us without charge: including adding insulation to correct issues with the furnace heating pipes running through the garage (which wasn't even part of the job!) They just did it because they saw the issue and fixed it because it needed to be done. And they didn't charge us for it.
