Great customer service in and out as usual
Very thankful this company is in town. Came in this week with a broken line on a piece of equipment and Matt was super quick to get it fixed. The line that needed to be fixed had some uncommon fittings but that didn’t stop them from getting it fixed! Thank you again to the guys are Reno hydraulic!
Bought a hose assembly and they connected my quick disconnect on to the hose an did not tightened the nut, I assembled the hose on my tractor, had a leak. I called the hose department and they stated that they don't assemble the hose. Reno hydraulic should of put the quick disconnect in the bag or tell the customer to tighten the nut. Could of bought the hose online and save some some money. I thought that the hose was ready to assemble, will check all connections next time.
Alls I can say is Mike has repeatedly gone above and beyond when I'm broke down with one of my machines . Thank you ... From travel motors / final drives to main pumps and the latest being a swing motor that I picked up today the guys in the shop know what they are doing ! Keep up the good work .
