RecommendedI came here today for the first time. My cat has been vomiting for a few days but he has been feeling better and it has lessened but I wanted him checked out. The dr there was awesome and assistant and receptionist were so sweet. Even though my boy tries to act all touch and hisses he is all talk and no action and they realized that. He was anxious and scared like any other pet would be seeing a dr. We are waiting on lab results and got meds in the mean time. I would recommend and return here! I took my kitten there today and the entire staff was great. I am very pleased to have them nearby and will be taking him there as long as I am in town.
I cannot say enough good things about the Doctor and staff at Reno Hospital for Cats. Caring and kindness met us at the door and continued throughout our visit. It was our senior cat's 'last appointment', but we were not rushed, everything was explained to us, and they were so kind I had to give the Doctor a hug before I left. My cat has been sick for months, wasting away while my original vet and SVS did nothing. Even though my cat was screaming in pain in the litter box I had to beg for pain medication and he only gave me 2 days worth and charged a ridiculous amount for it. I was finally fed up with no one helping me or my cat and watching him waste away (he stopped eating consistently and lost 8 pounds in 2 months) so I came here.
