I’ve been a loyal customer and have spent over $30k in the last three years on a new system. Now they won’t even call me back to schedule my annual service. Left seven messages and NO RESPONSE. So disappointing but will need to find another supplier.

Been trying to use my warranty to repair a faulty unit, but they keep pushing me off. Now they wont answer text, email or phone calls. Been 1yr since my unit broke.
The team at family-owned Reno Heating & Air are highly dedicated and committed to heating solutions. Last year they installed my Heat Pump system in the snow. This year the NV Energy transformer was sending to many volts, which short circuited the heat pump. The Reno HVAC team determined the voltage was a problem; if they hadn’t the voltage could have ruined my heat pump system. They did everything they could to keep the heat on till the situation was resolved. John and Katy are class acts.
