Very positive visit. Everyone one I had interaction with friendly and professonal
They are professional yet personal. Lauren remembers EVERYTHING we talk about from the previous visit (6 months ago). She shares her personal experience to set us to ease. My husband isn't a fan of meeting new people and idle chat. Dr. Sykes has been to talk to my husband, relate to him. The office as a whole is warm, friendly and genuine-always. I had a wonderful experience as always.
I love my dental hygienist, Lauren. She does an amazing job and always gives me helpful tips. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Sykes is very pleasant and reassuring. I had a new crown placed last year and he was so gentle with numbing me, I wasn't sure he actually gave me the injection until I started feeling the numbness.
Great service. Thank s to everyone.
Every time I go into Dr. Sykes office, they girls are so polite and treat you like family they always call you by name and that make me feel really good. Dr. Sykes new Doctor's are also really nice and are up to date on all the new technology.
Actually this is Joe we both had appointments at the same time, and actually all went great as far as professionalism and great friendly skilled doctors, clean and pleasant atmosphere, Here is the only problem, we both had appointments Juli Gualano at 930am and Joe Gualano at 10am, at 1030 I decided to ask the receptionist if you were running late because we were schedule at same time to get out at same time well good thing I checked, the girl could not figure out what was going on < all I was told is that it pushed my name ... read more
