First time back since Dr. York retired. All office staff is very nice.
I WAS “OF AND BEYOND SATISFIED” with my visit and will be choosing Dr. Shane Sykes and Staff as my primary dental care provider. My experience is nothing less than commendable from many aspects! From the very warm , prepared, immediate acknowledgement I received the moment I walked in door. A young lady that said “you must be Adam and I’d be happy to help you.” I did come prepared by printing and filling out the new client paperwork prior to showing up. I usually see Ashley for cleanings but saw Ginger this time. She was a bit too rough. She seemed to rush through it and poked my gums a lot. I would have liked for her to be more gentle and consult me before doing things. Ashley asks which flavor I prefer for the fluoride and if I need any numbing meds. Ginger did everything without asking.
I had a great experience at the Reno Dentist. I felt welcome and I did not have to wait very long before being seen.
Prompt service, friendly staff, thorough cleaning and explanation of the health of my teeth and everything I would expect from Dentist visit.

The staff was horrible to me... Just kidding!!! I had a great experience there yesterday. The entire staff was friendly and professional. I will be back for sure.
Always great experience, the team is very professional, I always feel welcomed. Dr. Sykes is behind any words, excellent bedside manners, I trust Dr. Sykes more than any other doctors. I love to come to The Reno Dentist!
