I was sad to learn Shayna had moved out of the area (my former dental hygienist). However, the new hygienist I saw (new to me) was friendly, polite, professional and thorough. Thank you. The only reason I gave an 8 is because one of the staff members in the back (not the hygienist who saw me) was not wearing a mask. I felt uncomfortable and was frustrated when she came into the area where my teeth were being cleaned and my mouth was wide open. I am hoping this does not continue. Thank you.

Here again, I was told by Sr Care Plus that cleanings and Xrays have no charge. Upon leaving I was told $27.00 - 20% copay. She tried to explain to no avail. If pricing is different than what Delta and SCP state then the customer should be told up front that there will be a charge for the visit and the amount.The hygienist was super.

Where do I begin? I am thrilled to finally find a place I can call home! What a perfect experience with kind and knowledgeable staff! I was hesitant to begin my journey to the smile I deserve, rather than the one that shows my health struggles the past few years, however, upon many recommendations, I finally just did it! I am multiple appointments in and have to say, I notice a huge difference already. I look forward to the final outcome. With in house insurance and a gentle touch they make it feasible to give yourself the smile you desire. If you read this far, you need to just make the appointment! I promise, you will be happy you did. I am not related to anyone there, nor was I asked to review or given any incentive to write this. I am passionate about sharing positive experiences!

My husband called on a Sunday morning and left a message that I had an extraction and 3 days later was having extreme pain. Dr. West called back that same morning with recommendations and got me in to see him the following day. The offices are very nice, and the staff are wonderful. Dr. West is very knowledgeable, and pleasant.
