While her father (Monty) was EXCELLENT, he has retired and left his practice to his daughter. She is a NON-CARING, RUDE dentist who when I complained about the fact that her hygienist (who cleaned my teeth) accidentally knocked out an old filling (not her fault, it was old and just got loose) Tamra was "just too busy" to bother to put in a temporary filling so the nerve would not be exposed. She had me wait with a large hole in my tooth TWENTY THREE DAYS! Meanwhile the exposed hole got more sensitive, now I need a root Canal... read more

Tamra seems to be far more interested in making money than in good dentistry. After her father retired, I thought about getting a different dentist, as she does not seem to be the dentist her father was. The last filling she did between two teeth, she left so much extra plastic that I couldn't even get the floss in. There was a ledge up on the top for the food and bacteria to accumulate. That was the final straw. Adios!

I was suffering from a severe tooth pain and Dr. Neugebaur was great helping me correct the situation. She was able to get me in immediately and able to easily diagnose the problem and correct it with ease. She was great at listening and communicating the issues and also having "small hands" is always a plus when you are visiting the dentist. Within a few days of recovery I was back to normal. I have been going here for close to 30 years. First to Monte, and now to Tamra. Truly a great dental experience. I have never been gouged with ridiculous costs and everyone there is very friendly. A plus, I am 54 this year and have all my teeth, and they are in good shape. :)
