I wish you could give negative stars to this company. Owners beware. Do not hire them as your property manager. They will neglect your properties, lie and practice unethically. My grandma had three rentals with Reno Country Properties. All three of these properties were extremely neglected & damaged. One of her houses had to be completely renovated due to the tenant damage. Renting from Bob and Adria has been an amazing experience! They have been the best landlords we could ask for—professional, responsive, and excellent communicators. Any questions or concerns were always addressed quickly and efficiently. Jesus, our maintenance technician, did a fantastic job, and we never had any issues with the property.
