RecommendedGreat customer service. Brought in an old HP that was beyond updating, ended up buying a refurbished laptop from them. Guys were very knowledgeable and honest....quick, next day service. Happy w my “new to me” laptop! Thank you
Needed a hinge repair..quoted $70..charged $250 and came back in worse than i left it..after the next try..looked ok but definatly does not operate the same..when i complained about it again after suspecting that they just copied my harddrive to a downgraded version of my comuter..i was told "to prove it" that i had a nicer one. Not happy..do not reccomend.
I`ve never been disappointed with the service.I`ve walked in multiple times and had my issues resolved. Gotta love these guys.
