Used to love my home here, No more!! They constantly nit pick until they force you out...then they move in the new mobile homes for more lot rent...plus these homes were $129,000 just 3 years ago now they are up to $249,000 for the same home!! Reno Cascade blocked the sale of a home on their property siting "repairs that still needed to be made by the seller before the purchase". They contacted the seller saying that their only option was to "Sell the property to the park" So, Reno Cascade just wanted to flip the property on their own, however NRS 118B.160 Strictly states that this is illegal, however they know that the court costs are not something an average person could take on so they blatantly disregard the law and take advantage of people. People park on your property block access to your yard and they do nothing. You try to call and they never answer the phone. All the maintenance men do is drive around and cut down srubs and leave the stumps. This place used to be great but it is o the downward slide to a trash park. If you are thinking of living here drive up and down the streets. They want every house to be the same color and to have no fence. Safe with good neighbors, unbelievably spectacular views of Sparks (even marina) & Reno. I can watch sun rise in the east and set in the west. Reno is my night light. Best: I see storms climb over Mt.Rose, cover Reno and come into my yard. Feeds my soul.
