I booked an appointment for the first time (90 minutes blowout with extentions). Stylist was really friendly, I was out in 45 minutes which is really typical for me. Tried to book a second appointment but the only timeslot they had available was for one hour - all my blowouts are <1 hour so I called to see if they could still accommodate me in that timeslot even with my extensions (still happy to pay for the extension 90 minute time slot regardless). I don’t know how a person with brown skin can make fun of a person with the same skin tone brown.She needs to learn customer service and look in the mirror and realize she not white but brown as I am.I wasn’t there tô see her but I was tô see another hair dresser .Something bother her and I wasn’t dirty, I have nice glasses, and the same she does brown.Very discriminatory is always like that, she probably doesn’t like herself.she looked at me as what are you doing here you are not welcome here.
We love Irene and her staff at Reno Blow Dry Bar! They are awesome people…and great stylists. Best blow dry in town for us!
Just left this place. Had a 2pm appointment and they are not even close too getting me in. Probably another 30 minute wait. These people want to charge 50% when you don't keep ypur commitment but they don't care about ypur time and driving to get there. Then a little smart ass worker said oh she was fun. Very very rude
