My daughter is currently a patient there and so far her experience has been horrible. She is in a unit where she is being bullied by other patients and even had water thrown on her. When we complained they told us she would be moved to another unit and supervised 24/7 until that happened. Even after me and my dad contacted them multiple times they still have not moved her. A hospital ER referred my kid here for a 72 hour crisis hold, against my request that they refer them anywhere but here because this facility clearly didn't care about my child the first time they were here. Upon arriving my wife and child were left in a "consultation room" with no information for four hours until my wife called me to come ask what was going on because nobody would tell her anything. UPDATE Now they finally answered me but are flat out lying saying they, "Must've had the wrong phone number" which is complete bs, they've called once and had no problem sending bills to my home! Super shady place! Awful place for juveniles. They won't communicate with me about my daughter at all. Somehow had "problems" with insurance and dropped my kid from the program, leaving her without any sort of help or education for weeks. They like to blame insurance but I'm doubting that.
