Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health (DPBH) and the Joint Commission WILL be receiving complaints on this joke of a facility first thing this morning. I took a family member that is SUICIDAL with HALLUCINATIONS to the intake today because they asked me too. Instead of holding the family member, they told them it would be best if they came back to do outpatient! This hospital does NOT help the people coming in and trying to be helped! I am disgusted! The organization is totally unresponsive. Incompetency of the administration, which one would believe that they don't care about patients.
They pretend to help you, and you pretend to feel better, because you will say or write down for them anything... just to get out of there.

Just went in to see my wife last night with my 5 children. Went to the front desk and the lady said she can’t give any information about her. So now my kids and I are up stressed and worried about our Momma and there’s nothing anyone can do. The officer then approached and intimidated my kids and told us to leave. We then got scared and left. This place is not good to send anybody. There system only hurts families more. This experience has only caused more stress and suffering for my children, their mom and I.
