This place is lagging. I don't known if its a money thing or what. My fiancé whent there on his own. Now I'm trying to get him out to do an out patient and they giving me problems. Very rude staff. Never again.

I went here 2 times as a minor a few years ago. Some positives is the food was pretty good and we were offered 3 meals a day. There was also a bit of options so if you didn't like or couldn't eat something you would have alternatives. The gym was also pretty nice, it had a lot of available activities. Some staff were really good and seemed to genuinely want to help us. i went once for about 5 days or less due to thoughts and feeling of it, staff was incredibly sweet when first getting there and never really had any problems but one thing i hated was when your parent would call, you NEVER got told so you would sit there for days thinking that your parents didn't even wanna talk to you, one of the nurses js casually said that my parents called once and they didn't answer which made me so so mad because i deserve to know that. i had no problems with staff rarely but i definitely hated being a... read more
I am not happy at all, I sent my 12 year old daughter here to get help and with in 5 days of her being there she gets assaulted by a 16 year old. Why is it okay to put someone that is almost an adult with a minor? And mind you why were they not being watched like I was told they would be? Please be careful and over look and ask questions before sending your love ones here.
