Brought my adult daughter in for a counselling session. My daughter wanted me to go in with her but she was pressured to ask the counsellor first. I sat out in the lobby. The counsellor would have no idea what my family has experienced with her and the behavior she exhibits. Not helpful and unwelcoming. The receptionist is rude and dismissive. We will go elsewhere!!!
Food's decent. Nurses nice. Psychiatrist incompetent.
I am so happy with the service and professionalism of this place. I am amazed how quickly my fiancé's treatment is working. I honestly was losing hope and felt I would never have the same person back. Within 24 hours I called her and she was almost back to her old self. Its been a hard struggle the last 2 weeks trying to help her myself without medication. She didn't eat for weeks and couldn't take care of her self. I live far away from this place, so I can't really give a review per say, but from what I can state. A few of the staff members so far are very unprofessional. What is Jack and James restraint method or procedure seems questionable at this point. I called to ask questions and a Staff member named Shelby couldn't give a proper answer or report just coming onto her shift but if you don't know the whole story, just simply say I'm not sure or I will get back to you. David Burnham is amazing human being who treated me with love, respect and kindness during my child's very complex treatment at RBH. My ex-wife and I have a very strained co-parenting relationship and David was wise and stayed neutral, only focusing on what our child needed. He is one of a kind and I would hire him in a second!
