Hey everybody! My name is Reno Bandoni and I created Reno Bandoni Fitness and RBF GYM to help others succeed and thrive in life through self improvement and health and fitness! I was 350lbs, depressed, anxiety ridden, suffering from a binge eating disorder and through nothing but diet, exercise and hard work I was able to build a life I love and mental/physical health to match! A trainer, a beast, and a friend. Haven’t pushed myself like I did with Reno for a long time. I been struggling to really push past my limits, and Reno really helped me reached that. The atmosphere, the level of encouragement, and the amount of support you’re gonna get from Reno is like no other. Loved my session with him. I definitely picked up a few tricks to add to my own personal workouts :) thanks Reno.
Reno is by far the best trainer I’ve had! He was very knowledgeable, always motivating you to do your best and not give up !!! Super nice guy !!! Won’t judge you at all, super patient with you also! You can tell by how he trains how much he cares for his clients and how much passion he has for fitness! I am definitely recommending him to anyone interested in starting their fitness journey or wanting to try a different gym and trainer !!!
Man Reno took me to NEW HEIGHTS !!!!! It’s insane the motivation this guy has and it really feeds off to his clients. !!! be ready to be blown away by the knowledge he has and his workouts if you need a fresh new workout this is the man with the plan !!!!
If you’re struggling to reach your fitness goals, or just trying to take your body to the next level, Reno is the man. He makes sure you are on track to unlocking your true potential. The ONLY regret I have is not coming to him SOONER. So glad I did!!
Reno is very inspiring!!!! One of the best trainer I’ve ever met.. he is very encouraging, fun, loving, great sense of humor.. will never judge you or make you feel bad about yourself—makes you laugh while you’re working out. His own results in his fitness journey says everything and more! I’d give him 10 stars if I could.
